Jesenia began her career in the industry when hired as an enrollment processor in February 2000. Over the years, her hardworking and driven personality helped expand her knowledge in various functions of the administrative office as she moved up the ladder. Jesenia was the Administrative Assistant to the Operations Manager and later also assisted the Executive Vice President, before being promoted to manager of the Billing and Eligibility Department. Jesenia currently holds the role of Privacy, Security and Compliance officer at PSWA.
