Marcy has extensive experience in third-party administration across Trust Funds of varying sizes and focus. Her career in third-party administration began in 1987 at ABPA as a temporary employee and later as the manager of the Contribution Accounting Department. Marcy served as a Senior Vice President and Operations Director for Southern California at ATPA following its merger with Amsar in 2002, where she was also a shareholder. In 2014, Marcy co-founded Pacific Southwest Administrators alongside Bob.

Marcy graduated from California State University, Los Angeles, is a member of the National Coordinating Committee for Multi-employer Plans, and is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
