Bob, who is a graduate of California University, Northridge, started at American Benefit Plan Administrators in 1987 as Vice President and Account Executive for the Construction Laborers Trust Funds. In 2002, Bob who was part shareholder of Amsar, merged with ATPA, where he became Executive Vice President for Southern California when the Laborers contracted with ATPA for administrative services. In 2014, he, along with Marcy, formed Pacific Southwest Administrators and negotiated the purchase of ATPA’s Southern California Business.
