Rocio has extensive experience working with Taft-Hartley and ERISA Plans. She is currently the Account Executive for six District Council 36 accounts. Her experience includes roles such as Customer Service Representative, Appeals Coordinator, Section 125 Claims Processor, Administrative Assistant, and Manager of the Billing and Eligibility Department. Rocio holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Operations from California State University and has successfully completed the Administrators Master’s Program, obtaining certificates in Collection Procedures and Medical Billing.
